Be extra careful. This hit the scene like the pig flu - and I hope this will be the end for Rapidshare.
Anyway - seems the "Countdown Annuals and Specials rar pack" file is broken. I dl'd and unrar'd it 2 times - no cigar.
So what's missing is "1974TVActionAnnual.cbz", the other files in the pack are ok.
Would you please re-up this one?

Hello Glombastu, i tried the link myself and was able to unzip annual 1974, no problem. just change the ext. from cbz to zip and you will be able to unzip it. thanks for the heads up on rapidshare. i have to use them because i have an account there and my links do not go dead, so they can be downloaded indefinetly. when you say that RS reports upload info to rights holders does that mean if someone post some marvel comics that this is reported to marvel? if this is the case then it really is a big problem. marvel has already caused many sights to lose all of their comics under the marvel lable and associated comics as well.
Hi Dave - it's not "1974TVActionAnnual.cbz" that causes the problems. The problem is the main archive ("TV_Action_Countdown-Annuals___Special_s.rar") that comes with an error message while unpacking.
After unpacking every included file appears except "1974TVActionAnnual.cbz" - this one must be corrupt because it is visible in the main file. You get the picture? I don't want to unpack that file - it's just not there after unpacking.

Regarding Rapidshare:
The message is a clear one. You are an uploader? You offer copyrighted material? Sorry, but you aren't really safe anymore. Giving away uploader info means: giving away uploader info. It's that easy.
I presume they are after mp3 and movie uploaders - - - but what do we know? Don't underestimate their interests because this nice little playground offers "just comics".
The problem is Rapidshare.
First they made LOADS of money with illegal material (or does ANYBODY believe they didn't know what has been stored there?!?!) - and now they giving away user data.
In my opinion they should be kicked into oblivion. Now.
I'm afraid I'm a pain in the a$$, but: The problem is solved. I downloaded the file for the third time, and guess: That did the trick.
The Rapidshare scandal still remains.
