Of course I'd like to see them all, but if I have to pick one, my vote is for "Mysteries Of Unexplored Worlds." I have a soft spot for Charlton.

Start with the Atlas stuff. It’s historical, rarely reprinted, originals are expensive, you can’t find it anywhere else on the web, and some of them have actual good artists like Ditko, Crandall and Williamson.

The Deep, Happy Days if they're less disappointing than that 1st one (I'm guessing not). Is that Time Machine the same as the movie? I mean do they have morlocks? Tales from the Tomb!
I'd love to see the EC comics, especially with Halloween coming up(as mentioned by Scott a few comments above).

I Am Overwhelmed By The Response From Everyone and all the helpful suggestions you have all made in helping me choose where to start scanning. today i scanned Bizarre Fantasy, Star Spangled War Stories, Mysteries Of Unexplored Worlds and Astonishing. should have a couple more comics to add to those and get them posted here sometime tomorrow. most likely tomorrow night. i think i will stay with the horror comics first but all the other's that i mentioned in last night list will be here eventually and i will probably have even more stuff to add as i am still buying comics. all i ask is that everyone bear with me cause it's gonna take while to get everything scanned but rest assured i'm on it. did i say wow!!! all of you fellow cyclopyeans rock!!! thanks everybody see ya soon.
