It stars Lee Van Cleef as an ageing Ninja who returns to the US from Japan to search for his missing daughter. Superstar ninja, Sho Kosugi appears as his nemesis and was fight choreographer/stunt arranger for the series. This episode guest stars Demi Moore and Claude Akins!

Thirteen episodes altogether according to wikipedia. Apparently only some scattered video releases.
Amazon lists the first five as having come out, some only on video tape.
There are also some things called movies which are just two episodes edited together to be sold on DVD. It looks like there were two of those, covering the first four episodes.
This is just info I got off the net. Please correct if you know more.
