As many know me and the wife are about to have a baby (Due date was mid april) Well it looks like the time was just changed. There have been some slight changes and the doctor is now thinking of inducing her next week. (Im hopping they wait till april 1st - always thought that would have been a cool day for a birthday- its fools day in america) Well I spent yesterday/night in the hospital with her and we may have to go back in within the next few days if her bloodpressure and few things dont come back to normal. I'm writing this as a heads up because I may not be able to post/monitor/ect for awhile (as many of you other dads know - time is short for a few days at this time) and what ever free time i do have will probably be spent finnishing off the nursery (my computer room is becoming the baby room and i have just barely removed my stuff nontheless started to paint and bring his stuff into the room - thats a few days work alone... ughhh i waited too long to do this. I thought I still had a few weeks left - HA! on me.)
Well I have a few things I will post be posting today at least (and I'll try and schedule a few posts for when im gone)
Not to mention the other greatposters we have here- so enjoy!~Zen Tiger~

Good luck and best wishes to you and the wife.
Thanks for having such a cool site and allowing me to relive some of the comics from my childhood.

With the birth of my first daughter my wife had high blood pressure and had to go into hospital for 'bed rest' before she was eventually induced but hey Phoebe was healthy baby girl 6lb 2oz.
Our second child was overdue when we discovered she was breach, a cesarean followed together with another baby girl Helen 10lb 10oz!
All the best to you and your wife.
God Bless
