Register for free and you can download a lot of free public domain comics. (Fake names are OK, that's what I did!) One comic at a time please! I don't believe they have daily limits though.

Three or four stories a week are posted there and Karswell does a
really good job of scanning and cleaning up those old comics.

Thank again Mark. Thank you for the information, although I have been going to these great sites for the last three years and have been looking to see if there is anything else available. I was the winner of thehorrorsofitall horror film trivia contest a few years ago which Karswell sent me an original pre-code horror comic for. You also used to be able to download as many comics as you wanted from Goldenagecomics.co.uk, but unfortunately the site was taken over by a new admin recently who has set a ridiculously low limit on the number of comics you can download. I assume this is partly to entice visitors to make monetary donations to become a "VIP" member to lessen those limits. Also, digitalcomicmuseum.com is the same exact site as goldenagecomics.co.uk only with a different name minus a lot of the good horror comics that were on their other site. Sorry to go on so long, just wanted you to know. Thanks again though Mark for your posts.

I know what you are talking about with GAC but I thought that was all changed now. If not, that is too bad.

DCM is NOT the same site as GAC. It was set up by people who had built up GAC and went off on their own, taking copies the format, most of the comics, and the member database. If I post something on one site, it does not automatically show up on the other site. I have to post it, or someone has to snag it. Many people use both sites. Relations between the two sites seem to be friendly now.

I still find things I missed at GAC or DCM, that luckily Dave or Zen have snagged.

But yeah, I keep looking for things and will post them here.
