Dave, you can take a break and relax. You already posted all 30 issues of the House of Hammer-House of Horror-Halls of Horror magazine over a year ago, and these 3 issues in this post were posted then in far better quality. This post was the push I needed to finally figure out the sequence of names and titles.

The magazine was titled
House of Hammer 1-18
House of Horror 19, 20
Halls of Horror 21-30

(There was some volume 2 in the indicia, but it doesn't match up with title changes so let's just ignore it.)

This confusion was caused a bit by some scanners who preferred to use the House of Hammer name for Halls of Horror, and you followed their file names, so it just became hard to follow, at least for me.

People who want these should first go to this page

Scroll down to the bottom, Zen has #1 by itself if you wanna check it out. Then go up, and Dave has packs of 1-7, 8-13, 14-18, 22-23, and then a pack with 21,24-30. That is what is in that last pack, issue 24 is also called Special Issue.

Then go to this page

http://cosseyedcyclops.blogspot.com/search/label/House%20of%20Horror

and you can get 19 and 20.

So Dave and Zen, that's about it, unless Dave wants to look for some upgrades? House of Hammer 2,3,4,9,16 are all under 20MB, as are Halls of Horror 24,25,26,and 30. Not really a big deal though.

This mag had about twelve or fifteen pages of black and white comics in each issue, with work by Steve Moore, Steve Parkhouse, John Bolton and others.

Thanks Dave.

Old piles of good sh... stuff

These are spotlighted items - not always 'old' because of when they were made but rather these are things that were posted awhile ago on this blog and have been 'archived' in the back.

I hope you enjoy the site!
