Thanks for this, and your many other fine posts.
I do my best to keep the pedantic, nit-picking monster within me under control, but sometimes it breaks free, and this is one of those times.
Jet is only "Beano related" in the sense that they both come from the UK: while the Beano is pubished by British Comics giant DC Thomson of Dundee, Jet was published by IPC of London (also known at various time as Odhams or Fleetway).
I know, I know, this sounds like hair splitting, but it's the British equivalent of calling Action Comics "Marvel Related" or Spiderman "DC related".
Thanks again for all your hard work and generosity in running this fine blog.

Kevin - My bad! Honestly i hadnt read it all when i posted it (I had just made sure the quality was ok) I thought one or more of the strips had also appeared in Beano - thank you for information!
