The first four issues with this title were published by William H. Wise in 1944-1945. That's where this #4 comes from, it's a unique mix of black and white photo features and color comics.

Then Magazine Enterprises published #5-12 in 1951-1954. It apparently continues from the Bob Powell drawn Jet Powers comic #1-4 published by M.E. in 1950-1951.
AAF #8 has 3, maybe 4 stories drawn by Bob Powell. The slightly wacky soldiers fight commies in Korea. Flyboy Jet Powers (not the space ace of the earlier comic)saves a woman from torture by shooting a guy in the nuts! Well, you can't be sure, but that's what it looks like!
