Magazine : Heidi Saha

Here is a Warren publication special on Heidi. She was one of the first girls to actually show up at conventions totally decked out in outfits (or at least she was one of the first that left a impression - like only a young chick in a jungle outfit in the middle of a convention hall can.) Here is the retro magazine special which is dedicated to her.

a few new tweaks

There has been a couple new additions to the blog you may have noticed.
First off is the new 'star collections' located on the bottom left - this will spotlight the larger collections. (fmof, tales from the crypt, EC comics etc)
Second is the 'newer stuff you shouldnt miss' this is a list of specific posts from the last couple months that I think shouldnt be missed. They may be a single issue/episode/movie or may be a collection. This will be on the left bar near the top for easy refference (especially for those who visit less frequently or are newbies)
Third : There will now be 'old piles of good sh.. stuff' a few things that were posted in the past will now have a second life by being spotlighted under the usual blog posts. (very bottom of the page) These will be on a random rotation from here out. Basicaly think of these as those old piles in the back of the basement that you forgot were there because so many other things were piled in front of them.
Fourth Contributions are now formaly open. Want to help out? Some great people have been helping out to bring you more comics ! Would you like to share something too? If so check here Share your stuff - contribute
Fifth I'd like to give notice that Yerfdog is now a 'formal' contributor .

He has already given so many Famous Monsters of Filmland and he wanted to even give more! So I decided to give him the reigns and allow him to make future posts whenever he wants. Keep your eyes peeled for him, his past posts have been jawdropping and i'm sure you'll be impressed with any future endeavors!

Note: If you get a error while trying to download a comic go back to the original DL page and refresh and try it again - seems to fix the problem (and you probably only want to try and DL one at a time - I had probs when trying more that one.)

There's allot of ways to help out.Most of these things can be done with a quick comment !

Upload a file(s) to share with everyone. (If you upload a zip or rar with multiple comics or other files please tell me the issue/episode numbers contained within.) * see below for more info.

Recommend a website that has goodies.
Recommend a specific webpage on a site .
Recommend a webpage that has links to downloadable content.
Please Do not share the actual DL links found on other sites but rather the webpage that houses it - It's a ettiquette thing -thanks.
Do Not share New stuff. Only stuff earlier than 2000
This blog is open to everyone so please no adult (X) stuff. (Though you can still email that stuff :) Haha.. but no seriously..)

There is one final catch - please make sure the files you share are of decent quality (if it is a comic make sure the pages can be read. If it's a movie make sure it's all there. Pretty much only share something you would want to download yourself.)

While trying to update some posts I noticed that a large number of issues from this series were starting to pile up. So I'm creating this special archive (It makes linking the posts from this series allot easier)

Tales of Suspense - Atlas comic series that spanned 1950's - 1960's. Artists include Kirby and Ditko.
